Refund Policy

Cancellation, Refund & Billing Policy

At No Bull Bookkeeping, we stand behind our work and believe in transparent, honest pricing. This policy outlines how we handle service agreements, cancellations, refunds, and billing disputes for all services we provide. We encourage you to read this policy before engaging our services.

1. Flat-Rate Monthly Bookkeeping

1.1 Billing

Monthly bookkeeping services are billed at a flat rate determined by your average monthly transaction volume. Invoices are issued at the beginning of each billing cycle and are due upon receipt. All new clients are required to sign a Service Agreement prior to commencement of work. The Service Agreement outlines the scope of services, flat-rate fee, 12-month commitment, and cancellation terms.

1.2 Service Agreement & Cancellation

All monthly bookkeeping engagements are governed by a signed Service Agreement with a minimum 12-month commitment. The following terms apply:

Early Cancellation Fee: Clients who cancel before the end of their 12-month term will be responsible for a cancellation fee equal to 2 months of their flat-rate fee. This covers the cost of offboarding, file preparation, and transition of your financial records.

Notice Requirement: A minimum of 30 days written notice is required for all cancellations, sent to info@nobullbookkeepers.com.

After 12 Months: Clients who have completed their initial 12-month term may cancel with 30 days written notice and no cancellation fee. Month-to-month billing continues after the initial term until written notice is received.

What You Receive Upon Cancellation: Regardless of cancellation timing, you will receive all reconciled financial records through your last completed billing cycle, an export of your QuickBooks file, and a final month financial report.

1.3 Refunds

Because bookkeeping services involve professional time, labor, and data access, the following refund policy applies:

Refunds are not issued for completed work within a billing cycle that has already begun. If you cancel before any work has commenced for a new billing period, you will receive a full refund of any prepayment for that period. If you are dissatisfied with our work, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will review your concerns and, at our discretion, offer a revision, credit toward future services, or partial refund where appropriate.

2. Catch-Up Bookkeeping

2.1 Billing

Catch-up bookkeeping services are scoped and quoted in advance based on the number of months behind and estimated transaction volume. A deposit may be required prior to work beginning.

2.2 Cancellation & Refunds

If you cancel a catch-up project before work begins, any deposit paid will be refunded in full within 5 to 7 business days. If work has already commenced, you will be charged for the portion of the project completed. Any remaining deposit balance beyond the work completed will be refunded. No refunds are issued for catch-up work that has been fully delivered and accepted.

3. Free QuickBooks Audit

Our QuickBooks audit is provided at no charge. There is nothing to refund. No payment information is required to schedule or complete a free audit.

4. Disputed Charges

If you believe you have been charged in error, please contact us at info@nobullbookkeepers.com within 30 days of the charge. We will investigate promptly and respond within 3 business days.

We ask that you contact us directly before filing a chargeback with your bank or credit card company. Chargebacks filed without prior contact may result in service suspension and recovery of associated dispute fees.

6. Changes to This Policy

No Bull Bookkeeping reserves the right to update this policy at any time. Changes will be posted on our website with a revised effective date. Continued use of our services after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
